What does the free version include?
Unlimited fasts on the 16:8 protocol, the timer, the Live Activity, the widget and the last 7 days of history. Older fasts are kept and appear again if you upgrade.
How do I start a fast without opening the app?
Add the Fast control to Control Center (swipe down, tap +, then Add a Control), add the widget to your Lock Screen or Home Screen, or ask Siri to start a fast in Fastspan.
Can I bring my history from Zero?
Yes, with Fastspan Pro. Export your fasting history from Zero as a CSV file, then in Fastspan open History and tap the import button. Rows that are incomplete or already in Fastspan are skipped.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud account if iCloud is on for your device. Fastspan has no account and no server copy of your fasts.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings, Export data. JSON is always available; CSV comes with Fastspan Pro.
How do I delete everything?
Settings, Delete all data. It removes every fast from the device and from iCloud and cannot be undone.
How much does Fastspan Pro cost?
$1.99 a month, $9.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $19.99 once for lifetime access. Prices vary by region.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Settings, Manage subscription, or the Subscriptions page in your Apple Account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Does Family Sharing work?
Yes. Purchases can be shared with up to five family members through Family Sharing.
Is Fastspan medical advice?
No. Fastspan is a timer. It does not tell you how long to fast or what fasting does. Talk to a doctor before you change how you eat, especially if you are pregnant, have diabetes or take medication.
